Satin was a beautiful, cheerful, playful, smart, biddable girl. She won the American Bred class at the USASA Nationals in 1997 (see photo above), and earned her Herding Instinct Certificate. She is major pointed in AKC.
In August 2000, Satin gave us a beautful litter sired by WTCH CH Jan-Mar's Tuxedo Junction CD RD RTDsc (Rowdy). That was Satin's final litter.
Sadly, Satin passed away just two months short of her tenth birthday in October 2004. She lived her last few years happily with our friends Dennis and Julie Gleason, taking a yearly Florida vacation and many trips to the lake cottage in the summer in her own motor home. She will he missed, but she lives on in her puppies and in the hearts of those of us who knew and loved her.
